We recommend booking Divine & Elegant Events, LLC services at least 6 to 12 months in advance for full and partial planning; 3 months for day of coordination to ensure availability and ample time for planning.

The cost of Divine & Elegant Events, LLC services varies depending on the level of service you require. Please contact us to discuss your needs and receive a personalized proposal.

When you decide to book our services, a $500 non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of signing the contract to secure and reserve your date. The remaining payments can be spread out into 4, 6, or 12 installments, depending on the package that you choose. The final payment will be due 30 days before your event. Keep in mind that this payment schedule can be adjusted based on the specific service you book and the amount of planning time available.

On your special day, our day-of coordination services cover everything from creating a detailed timeline to managing vendors, overseeing setup and breakdown, and ensuring seamless coordination of the ceremony and reception. Our goal is to guarantee that your wedding day runs smoothly, allowing you to fully savor every moment without any stress or worry.

Yes, we create a detailed timeline and will incorporate the timeline of your vendor team.  1-2 weeks before your event, the timeline will be distributed to vendors to ensure event day management flows effortlessly.
