A 25% non-refundable retainer fee is due at contract signing to book and hold your date. For most packages, your remaining payment is divided into 4 payments with the final payments due 30 days before your event. This can be adjusted depending on the service booked and how far in advance we have for planning.
Our day-of coordination services include a detailed timeline creation, vendor management, setup and breakdown supervision, and coordination of the ceremony and reception. We ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day so that you can enjoy your special day stress-free.
Yes, on selected services. We can help select a few if needed. We will always oversee and communicate with vendors the day of to make sure the timeline stays on track and they get what they need.
Yes, we create a detailed timeline and will incorporate the timeline of your vendor team. 1-2 weeks before your event, the timeline will be distributed to vendors to ensure event day management flows effortlessly.
