Luncheon/Dinner Planning & Coordination
Does your event/wedding need rehearsal planning and coordination that will be memorable? Or do you just need assistance planning an event for a special night We will assist you with finding the precise location, menu selections, and detailed touches to make this a pre-event/wedding get together a pleasurable and relaxing time. Three (3) hours of onsite management is included.
Errand Service - (2 hour minimum) *Must be purchased with a package
This service includes the “little” extras involved with an wedding. Errand service includes the pick-up or drop off for items such as guest bags at the hotel locations, return of tuxedos, and the return of small rental items (ex. cake stands or fountains).
Welcome Box/Gift Bags
minimum of 50 packages
This provides out of town guest with an inviting, pleasant way to start their stay. We will include maps, bottled water, snacks, a sweet treat, ideas for things to do, itinerary of events for your special occasion, and a thank toy note from the couple.
Candy Buffet Display
Candy buffet display includes candy and the use of glass containers, serving dishes, scoops, and risers with this enhancement.
Chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers. So many occasions that could enjoy this! Great for weddings, rehearsal, parties, graduations - you name it! Comes ready to go with skewers, rocks and sternos! Everything you need is included the chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows. Also, can be used as a option for a favor. Ask about our packaging options!

Bridal & Groom Suite Delight
Stay refreshed and energized for your big day with beverages and food to eat. Each Suite will be setup with a Keurig for coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. Bottled and/or sparkling water, fruit tray, veggie tray, meat and cheese tray, crackers, and various snacks (pretzels, granola bars, etc.).
Restroom Amenity Baskets
Allow us to provide those important extras to ensure you and your guests are comfortable during this special occasion. The clients will have the option which venue site(s) the baskets will be used. Each basket will include gender specific items and quality paper hand towels. Cost includes all items, baskets, setup, and signage.
Wedding Day Emergency Kit
No one in the wedding should be without an emergency kit! Let us create an emergency kit stocked with tools to fix a torn dress to other items that are often over looked when packing. Let use provide you with over 20 essentials items for the day. Ask for a complete list of items.
Exit for the night in style! Have your guest line up with either a glow, bubble, lighted balloon, or sparkler send off at the end of the evening.
Dancing in the Clouds
Imagine your favorite sound playing in the background, you and your spouse dancing in the clouds. It feels like for that moment, no one else is in the room but just the two of you.
