2. Services Provided

Divine & Elegant Events, LLC offers wedding planning, event design, and coordination services. Details of our packages, pricing, and scope of work will be outlined in separate service agreements for clients.

3. Booking & Payments

To secure our services, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee is required. Payment schedules, cancellation policies, and refund terms will be outlined in client agreements. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in service termination.

4. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and responding promptly to communications.  Any changes to event details must be communicated in writing.  Divine & Elegant Events, LLC is not responsible for vendor performance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Vendor Relationships & Referrals

While we recommend trusted vendors, all vendor contracts are between the client and the vendor. We are not liable for vendor services, pricing, or disputes. 

6. Website Use & Content

The content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Divine & Elegant Events, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission. Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

Divine & Elegant Events, LLC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control. We strive to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that our website content is free of errors.
